What counts
A processed order is an order ready for you to review.
An order counts when PO Autopilot successfully reads it, matches it against Shopify, and makes it available for review. Creating the Shopify draft happens later.
Duplicate documents, rejected senders, unsupported files, empty messages, and processing attempts that never reach review do not count. Deleting or abandoning an order after it reaches review does not reverse the count.
